Hi all: I could really use some help here since my company's help desk and Frontier tech support both basically told me "not our problem".
I'm trying to work from home, using my company laptop on my home wireless network. I can connect company's laptop to my wireless network just fine, but when I try to login to my company's VPN, I'm disconnected from my home wireless network, and thus from VPN also.
If I plug my company laptop directly into the wifi router, I can VPN in just fine.
It's been suggested that I turn off security on my router. Yeah, that sounds like a great idea.
Can anyone help me vpn through wifi. I'm a previous AT&T customer using a PACE modem model 5031NV if that helps
