I have to say that I am never surprised by Frontier. On the 21 I called in a trouble line for exceptionally loud hum on the circuit. Later that day we received a telephone call advising that there was a problem in our area. However they never did follow up to confirm if service was restored. Today the ticket was marked completed due to "Common Cause". Frontier, cannot or will not reopen a ticket, the issue a new ticket and the waiting period starts all over again. Same thing for the neighbor whose line has been out for at least two weeks. As an individual that has ran a call center before, I find it interesting that the cannot re-open a ticket. We always re-opened a ticket when the customer reported that the problem was not resolved.
