Help with Problematic DSL Service.

So, I am a System Administrator who requires remote access to work for on-call. I do have a 4g Hotspot I can use in case of emergency but Ideally my home internet would be capable of keeping me connected. (also they are discussing a work from home policy that would be impossible with the current state of things) So for starters I have been with frontier since they bought up the Verizon territory. I have had good years and bad years as far as service is concerned. And this is by far not the worst year. But it's getting there. I live in a rural area and only get 3 mb (ostensibly) Though what I have seen of late is the internet seems to stop completely. Can't load webpages or anything even ping to google.com times out. I pop into my modem interface and look at the numbers. Often times I see a low SNR on the downstream side. it usually only last a couple minutes then jumps back up. But sometimes will require a modem reboot to recover. I have tried several modems (They always want to throw a new one at me to "fix" my service) but have settled on a TP-link TD-8816 as I seem to get the best results with it. As mentioned above I am in IT for a living so I am familiar with the concepts of networking though not specifically related to DSL. So not all of these numbers make sense to me. So I will post an image from my modem interface when numbers looked "good" (or at least I could browse) and when I was having issues. If someone could please give me some insight on what I might be dealing with. I have been working with the GM in my area. I am told they are re-habing some pedastools in my area to try to alleviate the issue. Though I have seen know change in the behavior of my connection. the GM has been very good to work with. But progress is slow. I have seen these issues at 1 or 2 in the morning. and in the evening as well. At first I figured it was congestion related. But I wouldn't expect at those times.... First the "Good" picture [att=1] Then the "Bad" [att=2] Then the "Worst" [att=3] This Seems to be less frequent after they did a "reseat" of a card in the Dslam.
