Got first statement, Bill amount is $203.60 (~40 days prorated, including tax and fee).
Called customer service, and they insist monthly charge in my account is $131+tax. There is nothing they can do about it.
Contacted social media team, and they messed up and increased my monthly charge to $153 pretax. They said they would fix it. Never happens.
Filed BBB/FCC/AG complaint, and Frontier BBB/FCC team confirms my monthly bill will be $153+tax. They say they *may* fix it and reduce it to $131.
Is there any way for me to stop Frontier from screwing me?
Their official website is still advertising $109.99 no equipment fee for my zip code. How could they get away from this? Amazing.
