Has anyone else started seeing (more) congestion in the Southern Michigan area? My DSLAM is very oversubscribed, but lately the congestion is 'different' and way worse, happening even at off-peak times (I got a speedtest.net result for 1 mbit on my dual 3 mbit lines at 8 am on a Sunday). During peak times it's even worse (https://www.dslreports.com/speedtest/1551252) getting less than .5 mbit per line, sometimes as low as .1 mbit.
Poking around with traceroute, it seems that the hops from Muskegon to Chicago or Muskegon to Ashburn (both where FTR has POPs) are high latency.
Has anyone else noticed this, or is it just my specific area?
