It's like someone heard me and fixed it.... I waited a ~1hr before posting this, and not 10 minutes after I post this it's normal again. :p
Curious still, did anyone notice any issues in the Tampa area today other than I?

I'm on 75/75 Fios in Brandon, Florida (just east of I75/Tampa) and right now the max I'm hitting on download is 30 mbps. Upload is fine, hitting 90+ Mbps
I've already restarted the ONT, router, and computer. Tested with only the computer connected as well. An hour ago it was like I was capped at 15 mbps, now it's like it's capped at 30 mbps. This applies even with Frontier's speedtest to Dallas and Miami. Also, as soon as it hits the "cap", latency goes through the roof from ~10ms to 500+ ms. It's like I'm on some terrible ADSL connection.
Anybody else seeing speed/latency issues?
