[TV] Pac 12 Channels

Hi When I turn on my tv to the Pac 12 channels it say sports pass package and yet it say For FiOS TV customers in Los Angeles, Pac-12 Network will be available on Frontier’s Preferred tier. not said about sports pass being on the pac 12 on sports pass. Why can it be on Extreme tier. BTW the nfl redzone channel has free pre view on Extreme tier package and yet its on the sports pass package so why can the redzone channel be on the Extreme tier package. I can easily go online and watch the pac 12 and the dodgers for free
