Frontier internet was down for more than 24 hours here in North Mississippi. Check the forum, no report of outage. Our local tech.: Part of Mississippi and Alabama was out of internet service. (Damaged fiber cable. They had to replace.) Frontier outage map did not show any problems. Is this normal for Frontier? I would think if there is system problem over 2 states,they would have on there outage board. Or do they like Comcast just tell you something that sounds good. P.S. i was almost 20 years with them. Frontier has there problems and NEEDS a lot of work. But still as bad as Comcast on customer service.
