I currently pay for a 75/75 connection in the 97006/97003 zip code, but lately in the evenings it's been more like a 2-5Mbps down (30Mbps in spurts) and a 75Mbps up connection. Over the course of 3 nights, support chat has had me reboot the router, reset the router, reboot the Zyxel box, and reboot the ONT in various combinations to no avail. or only gains to ~30Mbps down.
A tech was scheduled, but two days before the appointment, Frontier called to tell me my issues were with "congestion" in my area and the tech would likely not be able to help. They stated the "fix" for the area issue is planned to go live around the middle of September.
Anyone else in the Beaverton/Aloha/Hillsboro, OR area having issues?
Secondly, if I have to wait until the middle of September before I get what I'm paying for, shouldn't they be obligated to reimburse me?
