I'm looking for some direction since my phone line provider can't seem to help.
We have a retail store in Charleston, WV with phone lines via Lumos. Calls from customers from the 304-524, 304-744, 304-756 and possibly other exchanges on Verizon/Frontier service never ring at our store. Customers hear ringing, but no one answers so they think we're ignoring their calls.
I've opened tickets with our provider but they basically say everything is working and if someone is having a problem they need to contact their own phone provider. Their providers don't want to talk to me because I'm not a customer. Doesn't help me much! Any alternatives you all can think of trying?
