I have Frontier ADSL with an Actiontec F2250 modem. I pay for 13mg down / 2mg/ up. But for the last month, what I get is roughly 600K - 1mg down & 1mg up. Which, is obviously awful. I work from home and this is making my situation really awful. I can't even load a one minute clip, let alone participate in any online training.
We had a tech come out a few months ago - he replaced our old modem with the F2250 - speeds/connectivity improved for a short time. But now we're back to these terrible speeds again. When I called again, the rep just gave me the line about upgrades to their lines and there's no timeline for resolution.
I live in an area where Frontier is my only option. Hoping someone can advise.
