Like a number of you, I have been experiencing bad speeds and ultra high latency at night. (See attachment).
Last week, they had a tech out and replaced my ONT, but it didn't help. So I resutled to Twitter and e-mailed "AskFrontier". After a couple of e-mails back and forth, I got this answer:

I was under the impression that things would be good by mid-Jan.
So, any Frontier peeps here care to chime in on this?
