email nonsense - Frontier, AT&T, Yahoo, oh my

I have DSL service with Frontier (previously AT&T by whatever name) in CT, and have kept my sbcglobal.net email address. Today, messages to att.net and snet.net addresses have ended with failure notices, such as Remote host said: 553 5.3.0 flph389 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521 216.109.115.217 _is_blocked.__For_information_see_http://att.net/blocks [MAIL_FROM] and Remote host said: 521-216.109.115.217 blocked by sbc:blacklist.mailrelay.att.net. 521 DNSRBL: Blocked for abuse. See http://att.net/blocks [MAIL_FROM] I called Frontier, who say they can't do anything and I need to call AT&T, since they still control the email domain. As soon as AT&T figures out I am in CT, they automatically forward the call back to Frontier. I did get through to a human at Connecticare, who I could hardly understand through her accent, and who hung up on me as soon as she found out I was in CT. I'm no longer an AT&T customer, so I suppose they don't have to care. I suppose I'm not surprised that AT&T is rejecting email from AT&T, but it's pretty frustrating. Has anyone else seen this (this type of error, not this type of support) and should I just give up and hope it's transient, or is there any route to getting it solved? Following the URL in the error leads to a form that might cause AT&T to send AT&T a nasty message, so I've skipped that time waster for now. I suppose I'll try Frontier a few more times, but I don't have much hope. Any thoughts or suggestions?
