I have been on the 100Mbps plan since it became available in September. Ever since switching from the 35/15 plan I have been experiencing frequent video stuttering when watching on demand videos. I found that on demand would suffer if there is any sort of downloading or heavy video streaming happening by other people in the household. I have a few hypotheses that would be helpful to have confirmed or denied.

1. I use to get an extra 15Mbps on top of my max down speed to cover any on demand streaming. Is this still happening on the 100Mbps service?
2. I have Calix GPON ONT with a gigabit ethernet connection from the ONT to the router. Is Frontier artificially limiting the gigabit port to 100Mbps to match the BPON ONT configs thereby limiting any sort of supplemental One Demand streaming bandwidth on the 100Mbps plans? (BPON ONTs only have 100Mbps ports)
