I have Frontier DSL at my weekend home and the internet keeps dropping. I reboot the router and that may fix it for a few minutes.
I've read a number of threads on this subject (here on DSLr) and they get quite deep into the tech stuff. What I'm looking for is where to begin troubleshooting (the search engine results I've found aren't much help - "Step 1: reboot router. Step 2: call your ISP").
I have two wireless devices (desktop PC, laptop PC) and VoIP.
About all I know to begin troubleshooting is that I need to connect a PC to the router with a cable. Beyond that, can anyone point me to an article that tells me how to troubleshoot the issue?
