Is there somebody I can contact to have them look at what the Frontier website shows for availability? Last summer Frontier contracted to Henkels and McCoy to string a ton of fiber all over the area round Remsen and I think Boonville, but the web site shows it as not available for my address. It absolutely 100% is available, I have it partially installed at this point (physical is done)... It's amazing how bad Frontier is at selling services from infrastructure that they invested what I'm sure was a ton of money to have built. This should be a gold mine for them but their web site is completely wrong and rumor is the local folks are grossly understaffed and running around like crazy to try to take care of things - they may not even have the manpower to do more installs. I know numerous people in the area who would love to have better Internet, and it literally runs right past their homes and businesses. The only way I found out that it was available to me was from chatting with the guys at the neighboring business.
This is not about availability being wrong at one address - this is a whole area where they could be selling service.
