I have been emailing back and forth with frontier social media account team trying to remove the $85 Tech Isolation Fee. If the tech writes the notes in a certain way they will not budge. The tech messed or replaced the ont, replaced the backup battery. That same "customer equipment" is running fine now with frontier router in bridge mode.
On top of all this the rushed tech left my ont open and I found it serval rainy days latter and close it.
