All looks fine but no internet. Frontier is sending me a new 7550 but what the heck happened? Was working at 2:00 a.m., Got up at 7:30 a.m. and couldn't get online. Called Frontier tech and went thru all kinds of info and settings, rebooting and resetting, and no luck. Strange that the internet light was on as though all was fine.
First time I've really had any problems in 1.5 years of Frontier. At least I could understand the 2 techs. I talked to on the phone. That's a big plus as I can never understand the Indians or Philippines at the call centers for other companies.
