So, the changes are primarily taking place in Vantage "Expansion" (beyond CT) and Vantage fiber markets. It appears that these changes are also coming to FiOS markets as well. For Vantage Expansion, it appears that Vantage Voice 200 and Unlimited VoIP phone (very similar to AT&T U-Verse phone) will be rolling out soon as well.

Everyone else will be grandfathered into what they have, or what they elect to change to before October 1st.
Final note... everyone's favorite $1.99 BS Internet Infrastructure Surcharge is DOUBLING to $3.99 starting October 1st... I know, I know... :huh:
