Yesterday afternoon I lost internet in the late afternoon and Frontier says they can't get a technician out until tomorrow. This is unacceptable for a variety of issues so I've been doing some investigating.
The FiOS underground terminal is right outside my house, and at some point yesterday there must have been a technician running a line to my neighbors house because there are utility flags in the ground and there's a line running out of the underground terminal, duct taped to the sidewalk, up to my neighbors.
This seems crazy unprofessional and I have a feeling that this hack job resulted in my losing internet.
If I walk out and open the underground access, what would I be looking at?
