i live in the Georgetown Ohio area and I have an outage that happened during a storm Saturday night. I called support this morning and they said that they would have to send somebody out. When they tried to schedule it the earliest date they got from the system was March 27. Since today is February 26 that is not acceptable. I am not sure what the problem is but I have requested a call back from somebody higher up the food chain. This is some of the worst support I have ever even heard of.
