Well here's my story, Around September last year i moved from Wildblue to frontier 24/2 VDSL. It worked for about a month till it started giving horrendous issues. Around 5-6PM I'd hit around 1500-3000MS and have downstream speeds lower than 20Kb/s while my upstream remained untouched (260KB/s). I called into frontier atleast 3 times a week hoping for a resolution and nothing came till December when i contacted Mike N for my area. He ensured me there is no congestion since the are was just lit up 2 years ago fed on multiple fiber links. So mid December they moved me from VDSL to bonded ADSL2+ that worked for a few days then right back to the same craptatic speeds.
I've done a home-run that made no difference, I've had the NID replaced. So I know it's on their end but field techs, and support keep telling me It's not on their end but mine. It's kinda hard to do college work when i can't even download my work at all. Right now my speeds are at around 192KB/s with full upload, no high MS. Only computer connected, line stats are attached.

any help to get frontier to actually fix my issue will be greatly appreciated.
