Hi. First time poster. The DSL light on my Netgear 7550 is blinking green. I took the modem out to the interface box and connected it to the test jack and it still blinks green. I then got another 7550 and redid my tests above with the same result.
I cleaned the connections at the pole and redid my tests with the same results.
Frontier says their line tests show no issue but is sending a tech out a week from now to investigate. Is there anything else I can do? What can the tech do that I haven't done already? Any insights would be helpful. Thanks in advance!
