Since having FIOS installed last friday I've been unable to watch on demand as it skips, audio cuts out, and is generally choppy.
I called CS and they said "OnDemand with FIOS hasn't worked since April 11th (almost a month ago), there is no estimated time for this to be fixed but engineers are aware and working on it."
I find it hard to believe that for over a month OnDemand really hasn't been working for everybody, especially since it's not front and center on this board. There was no trouble shooting done by frontier, although I have switched routers (I have another that is compatible), and switched around cables. The closest I can get to it working well is to unplug all other ethernet cables plugged into the router.
Ideas? I'm not letting this go past my 30 days to cancel if they can't fix this - not that I'm happy to need to go back to Comcast, but at least everything worked.
