WV Adventures in DSL upgrading from 12/1 to 24/2

Okay, gang. Bit the bullet and decided to upgrade my stable 12/1 Frontier DSL connection to 24/2. Called customer service, they said they could upgrade me ("You have a bonded connection!" the rep said) and off I've gone. At first, somehow one of the two lines of my disappeared, and my connection dropped down to 6/1. So I called tech support, where I received a breezy reply as the rep said, "We don't have to roll a truck for that. Besides, your service upgrade is scheduled for tomorrow. Just check back later." Okey-dokey. I did as the rep asked. I still had 6/1. So after work, I called tech support again. This rep went through the service order, and quite cleverly deduced that something was clearly wrong with the line, and a service truck was going to have to find me a connection which would support 24/2. I set something up for a truck roll that would match my work schedule, which won't happen until next week. In the meantime, after I had hung up, and in the middle of the night, a Frontier tech reprovisioned the one line I had from ADSL2 to VDSL2. The connection now is floating somewhere around 15/512k. I don't have time to futz with screen captures, so I'll try to prettytype the transceiver stats below: MODE: VDSL2 TRANSPORT MODE: PTM DOWNSTREAM UPSTREAM RATE 25899 kbps 403 kbps SNR MARGINS: 12.1 dB 10.5 dB ATENUATION: 15.5 dB 0.0 dB OUTPUT POWER: 18.4 dB 5.0 dB ATTAINABLE RATE: 29784 kbps 675 kbps We'll see how the tech works things out. Any suggestions on what I should quiz the tech on are welcome.
