Hello (this is mainly directed towards FTR Tech and Ben J),
We have a 50/20 business FIOS line in Redmond, WA that has been having speed issues for at least the past three days. We are showing speed tests of around 15 down and 19 up. The ONT has been power cycled (and the backup battery was removed during this process) as directed by support.
The only correspondence we've had with support is a request for a trace route which we have submitted. No one has provided a ticket or reference number of any sort.
Please let me know if there's anyone else we can contact to get this resolved. The support number that we originally called was 877-462-0522.
