I'm a frontier technician and am clearly running out of ideas here. So I've been writing on this DSL install for a couple weeks. I'm having an issue where I'll have sync and connectivity and it will only last a day or two then I'll have sync no surf even hardwired. So far I've changed modems 4 times, dslam 3 times, F1 and F2 cables. I have excellent readings on my meters. So the latest.... I left the customer wired in all weekend with wireless disabled and that held strong. So I'm back here and it works both wireless and wired. But as soon as I try to change the SSID and password I'm back to surf no sync. It's not a channel issue. I've changed channels with the same issue... Im out of ideas...
