[DSL] Business vs Residential DSL

I've had Residential DSL in the past, which I cancelled due to slow speeds during peak times, they never buried my line (it was running across a public road), and after a line cut it was going to take 5 days to get a tech out to repair my line. This is in addition to some horrible customer support I received when trying to get my sync speed straightened out (another story I won't dive into as it serves no purpose for this thread). My US Cellular contract will be up soon, and once that is up, I will lose my unlimited 4G (which is consistently under 100ms latency and > 25m/5mbit speeds). Unfortunately, my only options (that I'm aware of) are Home Fusion, Millenicom (or another MVNO), or Frontier. I work in I.T. and require a (decent enough) internet connection for my job. I can deal with a 3m/768k connection, but I can't deal with a 5 day outage, 1000+ms latency when trying to VPN in, or sub 500k downstream/upstream speeds. My question is...what "perks" do you get as a business customer? I don't mind paying the extra $ if the service is better. Does your traffic get higher priority, better service response times, better tech support, etc., or is it just wasted money? I tried calling business sales and all they could tell me is it was "better" than residential, and couldn't provide me with an actual SLA or anything.
