Earlier this year, Frontier upgraded my plan (and cost) to the 3-MB plan as they were discontinuing the 1.5 plan I was previously on. I called Frontier and they started a service ticket to re-provision the line for the higher speed that I was now paying for. The only thing that happened was an automated phone call back several days later saying the ticket was closed. Another call to Frontier and I was told that my line won't support any higher. My DSL statistics below would indicate otherwise. Any idea how to reach someone who can actually look at the line and provision it appropriately without a run around?
I have the new 7550 they sent when they upgraded the plan, but it's a piece of crap that reboots about twice an hour. I'm still using the original Westell 327W with the latest firmware.
