I had a 1 year free DVR offer that expired a few weeks ago, so I returned it and got a Digital Adapter again. My wife only uses this in her sewing room to listen to MC anyway.
OK, got the new adapter and sent back the DVR...so far so good. I had the Digital Adapter hooked up when I got it and just now called to get it activated. I called the number they gave me and got someone who tried to understand my S/N and requested my M-Card information. I tried for 45 minutes to make her understand that this did not have an M-Card. She was NOT in the US and had no idea what I was talking about. I told her, as we were going on an HOUR that I did not have time for this and said I would call back. I then called a special number I had that would get a rep in the US. When I did, it took another hour to undo the fact that this adapter was now attached to a different account. An hour later all was working.
I like Frontier service but HATE the phone reps that are not in the US.
