On Tuesday at around 6:00pm, I lost all FiOS services. Called Frontier Tech Support and reached someone in a foreign land. After much troubleshooting and getting nowhere, I opened up the ONT and discovered that the only light on was the power light. Disconnected the battery and cycled power to the ONT with no change.
The fine folks at Frontier tell me the earliest they can roll a truck is June 16th. I work from home as a remote salesperson and rely on my internet, so I've been calling Frontier daily trying to get some attention.
