First call was to correct my router login password. It was changed after Frontier took over. I needed to change my wi-fi password. Waited a while on hold and was helped to change my router password to my satisfaction by someone that spoke good English. Was able to update my wi-fi password without any problem.
Second call was my upload speed changed from 15mbs to 2.2mbs on April 24th. Had a long wait again and had to reboot the router twice and do a hard reset as part of the troubleshooting process took about 20 to 30 minutes for them to find a solution that my router was happy with. Tested and the upload speed was back up to 15mbs. Afterwards had to log in to my router due to doing the hard reset and set the time zone and my login password again, also set the wi-fi security to wpa2 and re-install my wi-fi password. The TV part of the fios works ok so far, just internet issues.
Found that their 800 number 1-800-921-8102 gives a clearer connection than 1-800-239-4430.
